LunchTalkEurope

Established in 2006, the AEEF serves as a high level forum, offering Asian and European policy experts a platform for in-depth research-based exchanges on regional, inter-regional and global issues of mutual interest.

The programme consolidates the linkages between economists, practitioners and institutions from both Asia and Europe. The conferences involve the support of ASEF since 2013. They feature specialised research papers and the outcomes of the conference are channeled to policy makers in both region.

The AEEF programme organises an annual high level conference for experts and policy makers per year, alternating between cities in Asia and Europe.

The six members of the consortium, European and Asian Think Tanks alternately organize the AEEF: Bertelsmann Stiftung (Germany), Bruegel (Belgium), CEPII (France), Asian Development Bank Institute (Japan), Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (China), Korea University (Korea). This conference series is not public.
