Anne-Laure Delatte is CEPII Deputy Director and heads the scientific programme International Macroeconomics and Finance. Holding a Ph. D from the Paris 10 University on the breakup of hard exchange rate regimes, she is also a Tenured Researcher at the French Institute for Scientific Research (CNRS), a CEPR Research Affiliate in the Financial Economics Program. She is a member of Conseil d'Analyse Economique (Council of Economic Analysis, an independent, non partisan advisory body reporting to the French Prime Minister).
She is currently a Visiting Scholar at the Grisworld Center for Economic Policy Studies, Princeton University. She is a member of the Scientific Committee of Fondation Banque de France.

Until 2016, Anne-Laure Delatte was a Fellow at the OFCE-Sciences Po. From 2006 to 2008  has been a Lecturer in Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Until  2013, she was an associate Professor at Rouen Business School.

Her research focuses on financial economics and international macroeconomics with an empirical approach, applied to several areas including the Euro crisis, cross-border banking, forex reserves in emerging countries, commodity prices etc.
