| The ELSNIT network was launched by the Inter-American Development Bank through the Office in Europe, its Integration and Regional Programs Department, and INTAL (Institute for the Integration of Latin America and the Caribbean). The following research institutes are members of ELSNIT: The CREI (University Pompeu Fabra), the Institute for World Economics (IfW, Kiel), the Robert Schuman Centre for Advanced Studies of the European University Institute (RSC, Florence), and the CEPII. The main objectives of the Network are to generate research, studies and debate on integration and trade issues relevant to Latin America and the Caribbean, draw on the rich European experience, and increase interaction between European and Latin American researchers. |
