  Vladimir Borgy Vladimir Borgy
 
   

Vladimir Borgy has a doctorate in economics and is an economist at the Banque de France (Economics and Finance Research Center) and a research associate at the CEPII.
His thesis was entitled “Les fluctuations d’une petite économie ouverte : applications à l’économie française”, and was directed by Jean-Olivier Hairault at the University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
He previously worked in the international studies unit of the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry’s Directorate for forecasting and economic analysis.
