Michel Fouquin is Deputy Director of the CEPII and Associate Professor at the University of Paris I (Panthéon- Sorbonne), where he teaches International Strategy of Firms and Euro-African Relations. He is member of the Scientific Council of the French Japanese House. Michel Fouquin is also General Administrator of the CEPII Business Club.  

As part of his research, Michel Fouquin directs the research programmes on International Integration and International Trade Models and Databases. He is also taking part in the following research projects:
