David Khoudour-Castéras is an economist at the CEPII and an associate professor at Sciences Po, from where he holds a Ph.D. in economics. He has been a visiting scholar in the Economics Department at the University of California, Berkeley, a professor of economics and the director of the research group on international migration at the Universidad Externado de Colombia, and a consultant for the OECD, the ILO and the IOM.

His research work is mainly focused on the relationship between international migration and development. He is also a specialist of Latin American economies.
