Sandra Poncet holds a doctorat in economics and is a lecturer at the University of Paris I, where she teaches courses on development economics and the Chinese economy. She is a Scientific Advisor of the CEPII.
She passed the Exam for full professorship (agrégation du supérieur) in February 2008. As a September 2008, she will be Professor of Economics at University of Paris 11.
